LWV Upper Mississippi River Region ILO Annual Meeting and Conference
Date: May 30 - via Zoom Our virtual Annual Meeting will take place via Zoom. We have emailed the meeting packet (including connection information) to all our member Leagues - this went out on the evening of May 9. If you are with a member League and did not receive a packet, please email us at [email protected] and we'll send you one. Just because we are Zooming, it doesn't mean that we can't still socialize. Join us at 9:30 to meet the other participants, and then we'll have some time over lunch to continue the chat. This will be a good meeting. Because we are virtual, joining us by computer or phone means no cost and we are open to members all over the Upper Mississippi River Basin without long drives! |
LWV UMRR Annual Meeting - Chicago's Impact on the Mississippi
Like other things these days, LWV UMRR's Annual Meeting will be a virtual event, held via Zoom on May 30. In the afternoon, we have two marvelous speakers who will talk about Chicago's impact on the Missisippi - Debra Shore, Commissioner from the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District (right) and Kelly McGinnis, Executive Director of the Mississippi River Network and 1Mississippi.
